Fedora 10 CVS 关闭

(来自 Dennis Gilmore) Fedora 12 发布后，CVS 不再为 Fedora 10 创建新的分支(不能添加新软件包)。根据 http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/Policy/EOL ，这意味着 Fedora 10 进入仅做必要维护的状态。FESCo 决定的 Fedora 10 的 EOL 时间为十二月 17 日。
