深圳自由软件日(SFD2009)活动由深圳大学 Java 协会承办，SZLUG 协助。SZLUG 的张乐(r0bertz)和张煌彬(michaelbibby)分别作了精彩的演讲“AlacrityVM 虚拟机和 vbus 机制简介”和“iRedMail 开源邮件服务解决方案简介”。在活动中分发了 Fedora 11 的安装光盘。
